ABOUT THE BIKE:
The bike is ready to ride, having serviced completed by a professional motorcycle mechanic as of 10/05/2023, which included a valve adjustment, carb work, oil change, and new spark plugs.
I've done everything to this bike aside from rebuilding the bottom end of the motor.
Top end was rebuilt, carbs rebuilt, tank de-rusted, new brakes installed, new cables, new tires and tubes, etc.
Too much to list.
It will come with everything that came off the bike under my ownership, including the original handlebars, switches, rear rack, tip/engine guards, manuals, etc.
, plus several new parts that were purchased and never used (ex:
pod filters, longer brake and clutch levers, Common Motor Collective Shockwave electronic ignition system, etc.
).
BE AWARE:
First, this bike is not perfect, as you should be able to see from the photos.
There are scratches, a few dents, etc.
Overall, it's in great shape considering its age.
The tank is in surprisingly good shape.
Second, old bikes like this one require almost constant maintenance and adjustment.
While the bike is absolutely ready to ride now, and runs strong, if you let it sit for two
weeks without starting it, you will likely have to do some tinkering to get it running smoothly again.
But that's also the charm of these bikes.
You will become a motorcycle mechanic by owning one.
Contact me with any questions you may have.
I can also provide a detailed list of everything I've purchased for the bike.
